Hi there friend, welcome back!
Its nice to see you, today I thought I should continue on the photography topic and explain how I set up my photo shots. Keep in mind though this is how I set up MY realistic outdoor photos shots and its neither the only or the "correct" way to do it, only how I do, wand what I think works best. :)

What you will need :)
First of I would like to talk about what I normally use when I take realistic model horse photos, mind you that these might change depending on the theme of the photoshot, the weather etc.
But there are four 3 things you will need;
Models, Camera and a blanket or similar.
Models:
Of course if you want to take some realistic pictures of them plastic ponies, you'll need some plastic ponies! The best choice of model is not your most prized, mint condition model because sooner or later they are gonna get scratched, but you should not chose your bodies either, chose something in between. :)
Camera:
Aslo pretty simple, you'll need something to take the pictures with! :D I use a Sony SLT a33 for those wondering with an 18-55mm lens, but you don't need a fancy expensive camera.
Its the photographer who makes the photo really awesome, not simple the camera. Of course a good camera helps, but I've seen people take pretty awesome pictures with just a cellphone.
Blanket:
It might not sound so, but a blanket or something similar is important.
When taking pictures of those tiny plastic ponies you cant be standing up, in fact I often lay down most of the time so a blanket is really nice, it also is a great place to lay your horses on when not being photographed.

I often also bring various props (like a stable or fences), warm clothes if its cold(!), a happy mood (=D) etc..
This was part ONE, keep your eyes open for part TWO were I will take you trugh, step by step, how I organize my photoshot! :D
